This is the native AIRlert LIVE app (App Keys · Google Play / mirror). It is not the older website-wrap / WebView shell APK used for Nurse Call Display. For that legacy shell see Get the AIRlert app.

Why AIRlert LIVE

An AIRlert Wireless HUB turns one sensor or call-button event into a Community LOOP plus traditional telecare on the same event: community carers are shared and informed together, while nurse-call / pager / ARC paths stay included. AIRlert LIVE (web or this app) is where you RESPOND, watch traffic lights, and set alert emergencies plus OUTBOUND triggers — one screen for a bedroom, a care home, or many sites.

Community LOOP Friends, neighbours and family can be told together (WhatsApp Acknowledge, SMS, Telegram and more). Anyone’s Acknowledge / RESPOND shows to the rest — shared care, not a one-way alarm.

Traditional telecare maintained The same event can still drive the wired nurse-call point, on-site pagers, LIVE Rule Engine channels, Open API partners, and Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) — alongside community response, not instead of it.

Install & use (LIVE app)

1. Get the app

Preferred: after you are invited, open the Play Store tester link above and install AIRlert LIVE.
Sideload: on the phone, tap Download APK → open the file → allow install from this source if asked → Install.
Open the AIRlert LIVE icon (not an old “AIRlert” website-wrap icon, if both are present).

2. Sign in / pair

Use the portal DEMO or live credentials we email you, or an App Key issued by your administrator (Key ID + secret).
Allow notifications when prompted so emergency chimes reach you when the screen is off.
You should see the shared LIVE timeline: hubs, alerts, who was notified, and who responded.

3. Day-to-day on AIRlert LIVE

RESPOND: one-tap Staff Responded / RESPOND (green tick) closes the Community LOOP for everyone watching that hub.
Traffic lights: red / orange / green HUB tiles show what needs attention; clear after RESPOND; green means OK.
Emergencies & OUTBOUNDS: set alert emergencies and OUTBOUND triggers / contacts from LIVE so WhatsApp, SMS, voice and other channels fire when a message matches.
Audit downloads: logged messages, system messages and OUTBOUND traffic can be downloaded for auditing and handover — not as everyday setup.
Scale: one hub in a home, many hubs in a building, or many sites on one LIVE login — the Community LOOP keeps the same shape.
