Delete your AIRlert LIVE account

AIRlert LIVE is provided by Frequency Precision Ltd. You can ask us to delete your AIRlert LIVE account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Request deletion now — online form

The form asks for your account email, contact number and HUB serial number(s), plus why you are leaving. It emails the AIRlert team immediately and sends a copy to your own email address, so you have a record to forward on if you do not hear back.

Prefer email? You can instead:

Email contact@frequencyprecision.com from the email address on your AIRlert account.
Use the subject Delete my AIRlert account.
Include your username and, if you know it, your HUB ID.

We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you only want to stop using the app on one phone, open the app and use Change App Key to remove your credentials from that device.

What we delete

Your account profile: name, email address, username and phone number
App Keys and device records for your phones: device ID, phone model, Android version, battery and connection diagnostics
Your alert contacts and outbound rule settings
Your acknowledgement and “Responded” history linked to your name

What we keep, and for how long

Alert and audit log entries belonging to a care organisation’s HUB may be kept for that organisation’s care records, with your personal details removed, for up to 8 years.
Invoices and payment records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
