AIRlert LIVE
RESPOND with a green tick, watch HUB traffic lights, and set alert emergencies plus OUTBOUND triggers from the live board — community and professional carers share one timeline.
Frequency Precision · AIRlert Portal
AIRlert LIVE is where day-to-day care happens: one shared board for family, friends and professional carers — RESPOND to alerts, watch HUB traffic lights, and set emergencies plus OUTBOUND triggers without a subscription lock-in.
The Community LOOP keeps community care informed together, while traditional telecare stays included (nurse-call points, pagers, ARC and Open API). Logged messages, system messages and OUTBOUND traffic can be downloaded later for auditing.
Tap a saved username to fill username + password. Use × or Remove to delete a saved switch-account login from this device. Passwords stay on this device only (never uploaded) when “Remember password” is ticked — and only after a successful sign-in. Wrong password or unknown username is never remembered. In the AIRlert LIVE app, users with a saved App Key open the board without re-pairing.
RESPOND with a green tick, watch HUB traffic lights, and set alert emergencies plus OUTBOUND triggers from the live board — community and professional carers share one timeline.

Family, friends and on-shift carers stay informed together. Anyone’s Acknowledge / RESPOND is visible to the rest — shared care, not a one-way alarm.

The same hub event can still drive nurse-call points, pagers, ARC pathways and Open API partners — alongside WhatsApp, SMS and other OUTBOUND community channels.
A community care platform used by family, friends and professional carers — with the same LIVE picture on phone or desktop, response logging, and pathways into ARC / nurse-call / social messaging workflows.
Real £/msg rates · credit only for over-limit sends
This sample cycle: £4.34 deducted for over-limit WhatsApp / SMS / AI-CALL only. Sends inside each channel’s allowance stay free until that cycle resets.
Add credit so limited channels keep sending after they hit their cycle limit — balance pays only those extra messages until the next hour / day / week / month reset.
Overnight (PDH0001 — FP Demo): went to bed at 22:14, visited the bathroom once at 03:12, rose from bed at 07:05. Expected sleep about 8h 51m (bed settle to morning rise; brief night toilet).
Bed occupied / settled — bedroom pressure pad active (PDH0001).
Bathroom visit — bathroom PIR while bed vacant briefly (PDH0001).
Rose from bed — morning vacancy; day activity started (PDH0001).
The future of telecare is open, integrated, personalised — and subscription free.
AIRlert LIVE runs a Community LOOP: community and professional carers share the same alerts and RESPOND trail over internet messaging, while traditional telecare paths into rooms, pagers and ARCs remain part of the same event — not replaced.
For the past forty years we have manufactured user-friendly sensors and pagers with excellent customer service from our premises in Devon — company no. 01944317.
Alongside hospital and care-home nurse-call work, AIRlert LIVE is aimed at the wider care community: families and friends at home, plus professional carers who share the Community LOOP — clear alerts, RESPOND logging and an audit trail, with traditional telecare maintained.
AIRlert began when founder Doug Dwyer built a discreet under-mattress air sensor for his mother. Today directors Christopher, Harry, Elizabeth and Thomas Dwyer continue that family company — all involved in developing and patenting AIRlert IP after decades in UK telecare.
Christopher, Harry, Elizabeth and Thomas Dwyer — directors of Frequency Precision Ltd — grew up around the AIRlert line and share responsibility for product development, patenting and running the UK family company.

Swipe for RESPOND, traffic lights, emergencies, OUTBOUND triggers and the Community LOOP. Day-to-day care lives on LIVE — not buried in Settings.
AIRlert LIVE — one shared board for family, friends and professional carers. The Community LOOP keeps everyone informed while traditional telecare (nurse-call, pagers, ARC) stays in place.
RESPOND — Tap to RESPOND (or Message Actions) so carers acknowledge an alert. A green tick shows who closed the loop for the rest of the Community LOOP.
Traffic lights — red / orange / green tiles for every HUB. Open pending causes, clear after RESPOND, fix broken OUTBOUND setup, and keep unused HUBs grey so green always means OK. (Demo tiles use fictional names / numbers.)
Emergencies & OUTBOUND triggers — from LIVE, set alert emergencies and which outbound channels fire (WhatsApp, SMS, voice, email and more) when a HUB message matches.
OUTBOUND contacts — finish who to call / message on each HUB from LIVE OUTBOUND ALERTS so the Community LOOP and professional care paths both work.
Audit downloads — logged messages, system messages and OUTBOUND traffic can be downloaded for auditing and handover (not day-to-day setup from LIVE).
A short on-board captive portal walkthrough — no app or cable, just a phone or laptop. Four steps with screenshots.
